Biography
Teoh Teik Toe serves as a Lecturer of Business at JCU, Singapore. He is Chartered holder of ACCA, CIMA, CFA, CPA Singapore, CPA Australia, Chartered Accountant Malaysia, Certified General Accountant Canada and awarded ACCA Singapore Top 30 World Top 100. He completed his MBA from University of Queensland, Master of Business from University of Newcastle, Master of Accounting and Finance from University of Gloucestershire, Master of Science in Computer Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (Hons) from University of Southern California and PhD in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
Prior to joining JCU, he gained experience in teaching business subjects in accounting, finance, management and supervision of final year students’ research. He has worked in the area of neural networks and features analysis. He has carried out active research work in the area of emotion recognition, facial expression and facial detection.
One of his current research activities is concerned with analyzing facial expressions and facial detection.
